We just released the latest release in the 1.0.x series, TurboGears 1.0.3. I actually helped pushing it out the door a little bit. You can read what's new on the change log page.

I have also written a German announement for several mailing lists.

Update 2007-07-20: In the meantime, the TurboGears team has issued a bugfix release version 1.0.3.2 This has some important fixes for those who use Genshi or SQLAlchemy.
