I got back from the RuPy conference in Poznan, Poland this morning and after catching up with some badly needed sleep, I really must say that I had a good time there and it was a great conference which was organized very well.

I hope that I will find the time to write a little bit more about my impressions later, but for the time being I just wanted to let you know that I have uploaded the slides for my talk on How to Write "Pythonic" Code to my web server. Unfortunately, I didn't finish them in time for them to be included on the CD given to the attendants of the conference.

In case anybody wonders how the slides were produced: I creatd them using rst2s5.py, a tool included in the docutils distribution that takes a reST source document and turns it into HTML suitable for the browser-based S5 slide show system. I also integrated Pygments to colorize the Python source code of the examples. I included the whole toolchain to create the slides and my custom s5 template in the download available the through link given above.
