Today I have added a widget for the blog article posting form. It is structured very similar to the comment form and also has an AJAX preview function.

One nice feature is that you can add tags by clicking on an entry in the taglist below the form. If you write any tags in the list that do not exist yet, they will be automatically created when you publish the blog article.

If you want to test the new form, you can log-in with username/password guest/guest. You will get a link "Post new article" in the sidebar that leads to the form. You will be able to test the preview but when you try to publish the article, you will get another login box, since guest users are not in the publishers group.

The form still needs some CSS tweaking and some JS hooks are also still missing. Stay tuned...
